In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, UK customers are requested to wait 15 working days, while international customers should wait 28 working days from the dispatch date before an item can be officially declared lost, in accordance with courier policies. If the item is not received after this period, we will offer a replacement, or a full refund if no further stock is available.
In most cases, the item will be shipped as outlined on the product listing page. For alternative arrangements, bulk purchases, or upgraded delivery options, please contact us to inquire about potential discounts. We are flexible and aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible without compromising the quality of our delivery service. Should you require any alternative arrangements, please email us, and we will respond with an adjusted cost.
