The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our website photosolution.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, please read them carefully.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Products Price
We can not provice you VAT invoice for the sale of our used products, but for the new products we will send you VAT invoice.

Payment and Delivery
We do not store your card data for security reasons we are providing our customer with the payment service provider like PayPal or other payments service providers. 
We try our best to dispatch your item(s) ASAP after payment has been received. All deliveries to UK and Outside the UK sent by Royal Mail/Courier (signature is required upon delivery). Occasionally an item gets lost in the post, if this should happen, UK buyers should wait 15 working days, overseas buyers 28 working days after the item was dispatched before the item can be declared lost (in line with Currier policy). If the item has still not arrived after this time we will provide a replacement (or a refund if no further stocks are available). In most circumstances the item purchased will be sent as quoted on the listing page, for alternative arrangements, multiple purchases or upgrading the delivery as listed please contact for discounts. We are flexible to offer what you request, we aim to keep the shipping cost as low as possible without compromising our excellent delivery service. If you require anything different to what we are offering please contact us and we will get back to you with an alternative cost.

New Products Guarantee:
All new products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer's guarantees specifically exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance and cosmetic damage are not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights.

Used Products Guarantee:
When you buy a used item from us it will be covered by our 2-month guarantee, in the unlikely event of the product developing a manufacturer's fault within this period, just send it back to us and if we can’t repair it for you, we’ll issue you a full refund providing it’s not mishandled. Rest assured that all of our used items have been fully cleaned, checked, subjected to professional service and are ready to use.

Selling your used photographic kits

We are happy to take in your used equipment for either a Part Exchange against another product or as a "Cash Buy". To find out how much your equipment is worth, please contact us also note that any valuation is valid for 10 days from receipt of our reply email or telephone call.

If we feel that your equipment does not match the description supplied or expected, we reserve the right to refuse and will return it back to you. You may be asked to provide proof of original purchase when selling goods to us.
