The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions conducted through our website, photosolution.co.uk. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms, so please read them carefully.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We treat each order as an offer from you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions.

Product Pricing

Please note, we are unable to provide VAT invoices for the sale of used products. However, for new products, we will issue a VAT invoice upon request.

Payment and Delivery

For your security, we do not store your card details. We utilize trusted payment service providers such as PayPal and other reputable payment gateways.

We strive to dispatch your items as quickly as possible once payment has been received. All deliveries, both within the UK and internationally, are sent via Royal Mail or courier services, with a signature required upon delivery. Occasionally, items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, UK customers are asked to wait 15 working days, and international customers 28 working days, from the date of dispatch before an item can be declared lost (as per courier policy). If the item has not arrived after this time, we will offer a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.

In most cases, the item will be shipped as specified on the product listing page. For alternative arrangements, bulk purchases, or upgraded shipping options, please contact us for possible discounts. We are committed to offering flexible and cost-effective solutions while maintaining excellent delivery service. If you require different arrangements, please reach out, and we will provide you with an alternative cost.

New Product Guarantee

All new products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer guarantees do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, routine maintenance, or cosmetic damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Used Product Guarantee

Used items come with a 2-month guarantee. In the unlikely event that a product develops a manufacturer's fault within this period, please return the item to us. If we are unable to repair it, we will issue a full refund, provided the item has not been mishandled. Rest assured, all used items are thoroughly cleaned, checked, professionally serviced, and ready for use.

Selling Your Used Photography Equipment

We are happy to purchase your used photographic equipment, either as part-exchange for another product or as a cash buy. To get an accurate valuation of your equipment, please contact us. Please note that any valuation provided is valid for 10 days from the date of our response.

If the equipment you provide does not match the description or expectations, we reserve the right to refuse it and will return it to you. Additionally, you may be asked to provide proof of the original purchase when selling goods to us.
